4. Fees and Payment

Edu Connect BD may charge fees for some of the services provided, such as document preparation or visa assistance. The exact fees will be communicated to you prior to providing any paid services.
Payment for services is required in advance, and the methods of payment accepted will be outlined at the time of the service request.
All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Service Delivery

Edu Connect BD will make every effort to provide the services as agreed and within the estimated time frame. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as university admissions or visa approvals, as these are subject to the discretion of the respective institutions and authorities.
We will not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or issues caused by external factors such as university policies, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including academic records, personal details, and other documentation required for the services.
You must comply with the instructions provided by Edu Connect BD and ensure that any required documentation is submitted on time.
You agree to keep all communication with Edu Connect BD professional and respectful.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your privacy and will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you provide to us.

You may also terminate our services by notifying us in writing. However, any fees paid for services already provided will not be refunded.
